How RapidCore Started
RapidCore grew out of a frustration we saw repeatedly at Idego Group, our parent company and a software consultancy with clients across finance, logistics, and manufacturing. Enterprise after enterprise was sitting on years of institutional knowledge — locked in PDFs, siloed databases, ancient wikis, and the heads of senior employees — and none of it was accessible in real time.
In 2022, our engineers started building internal retrieval tools to help client teams answer questions faster. The results were immediate and measurable: support ticket volume dropped, onboarding time shrank, and senior engineers stopped being interrupted by questions that were already answered somewhere in the docs.
We productized that internal work into RapidCore AI — an enterprise RAG platform that any organisation can deploy in days, not months. We launched in late 2023, and we've been iterating in close partnership with our customers ever since.
We're a small, focused team. We don't have a flashy office or a famous VC. What we have is deep technical knowledge, real production deployments, and a genuine belief that enterprise knowledge management is a solved problem — if you build the right tools.
