1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RapidCore AI website (getrapidcore.ai) and platform operated by Idego Group (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

RapidCore AI is an Enterprise RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) platform that connects large language models to your organization's internal knowledge base. The platform provides document ingestion, semantic retrieval, AI-powered question answering, and workflow automation capabilities.

3. Account and Access

  • Access to the RapidCore AI platform is provided under enterprise agreements
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Your Data

4.1 Ownership

You retain all rights, title, and interest in your data. We do not claim ownership of any content you upload, process, or store through the RapidCore AI platform.

4.2 Data Processing

We process your data solely to provide the Enterprise RAG service as described in your service agreement. Your data is never used to train our models, shared with third parties for their own purposes, or accessed by our team without authorization.

4.3 Data Security

We implement enterprise-grade security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access controls, audit trails, and compliance with SOC2 and GDPR standards.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
  • Use the service to process data you do not have the right to process
  • Resell or sublicense access to the platform without our written consent

6. Intellectual Property

The RapidCore AI platform, including its software, design, documentation, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of Idego Group. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding, logos, or trademarks without prior written consent.

7. Service Level and Availability

We strive to maintain 24/7 platform availability with committed SLAs as defined in your enterprise agreement. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable prior notice. We are not liable for interruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RapidCore AI and Idego Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The RapidCore AI platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may contain errors. Users should verify critical information independently. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated outputs.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service according to the terms of the enterprise agreement. Upon termination, we will provide you with a reasonable period to export your data. After this period, your data will be securely deleted from our systems.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Poland.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
